A personal web presence or a PWP is a great way to put yourself out there and control what people find out about yourself. Instead of a social media page, someone can look at your PWP and see your point of views, what you find important, news you feel that is worthy of sharing, and possibly even learn your history. Someone can post their resume and use a PWP as a resource for a potential employer to look at and learn more behind the resume. It is more than just facts about someone, it can show someone your philosophies on life, or anything your interested in; an employer can really learn something about the type of person they are looking at for fulfilling their opening.
I think that Michele Culpepper's PWP page was really well put together and it represents her and her beliefs. Her site is professional, I believe that she organized her site in a way that makes it easy for people to navigate their way around and find out about Michele. I would copy how she set up her page and I don't think that I would change anything about her page.
